I have been a stylist for 3 years. I graduated from Capri Cosmetology School in Dubuque, Iowa. I specialize in fashion forward coloring, cutting, and spa services.

I am a stylist and a nail technician. I am a twenty-five year graduate of DeKalb School of Beauty Culture. I have worked at Studio One for a total of twenty years. I have had color training at the RedKen Exchange in New York and attend continued education twice a year.

I have been a stylist for eleven years and have been at Studio One since 2003. I specialize in special occasion styles. I also enjoy coloring and cutting hair.

I love what I do! I am a hairstylist and have been fortunate enough to work at Studio One for the last six years, and have been a stylist for thirteen years. I love creating natural, healthy looks for my clients, to help them feel great.

I have been a hair stylist for seven years. I like to think outside of the box and love experimenting with color. I enjoy razor cutting and creating bold textures with techniques and products. I feel fortunate to be at the level I have reached in the short amount of time I have been a stylist.

I started my career with Studio One seven years ago. I have enjoyed the growth, knowledge and education in this growing business. I am a hairstylist and specialize in makeup. I am also a nail technitian. I have continuing education throughout the year and enjoy learning new techniques that I can bring to my clients. I LOVE THE BEAUTY BUSINESS!!

I have graduated from Midwest College of Cosmetology in Normal, IL. I’m excited to start my career at Studio One by satisfying all my clients and building my clientele. I enjoy performing all areas of hair design such as dimensional color and cutting!

I graduated from Paul Mitchell-Chicago 2 years ago and feel so lucky to be part of Studio One. I specialize in Updo’s, Pedicures, hair cutting, and love to experiment with color and different foiling techniques. It is truly amazing working around people who inspire me and have made me a better stylist. I love making my clients happy and am having fun building my clientele.
Esthetics

I have been a licensed esthetician at Studio One since 2004. Additionally, I have my bachelor’s degree in Public Health Promotion and Nutrition. I am passionate about the field of esthetics and take pride in performing all of my treatments with time and care. Many of my clients state that my facials exceed their expectations and that I have an amazing touch. Recently, I became certified in Usui Reiki which is healing energy work for the body, mind and spirit. My clients are very special to me and I find my career to he highly rewarding.
Massage

I am a 2006 graduate of Kishwaukee College’s massage therapy program, nationally certified, and state licensed. I have continued my education in Pregnancy massage. Also, in 2009 I studied in Hawaii to learn the healing bodywork of Lomi Lomi Hawaiian massage. Massage to me is more than feeling good for an hour; it’s about improving quality of life in a comforting, calming environment.

I am a Nationally Certified massage therapist. My work is my passion. I provide Swedish massage, aromatherapy massage, hot stone massage, and several body wraps and relaxation treatments. I specialize in deep tissue, myofascial, and a more therapeutic massage.

I am an Illinois licensed massage therapist and received my certification from Kishwaukee College. I am trained in swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, sports massage, and stretching. I have experience in specialty relaxation services including aromatherapy body wraps, siddha detox body wraps, and mud body wraps. I have advanced training in bamboo fusion massage, which is great for deep tissue treatment. I am also certified in whiplash treatment, posture, and gait assessment. Through these courses I have learned how to assess your body for areas of restriction which enables me to give precise neuromuscular therapy with great results leaving you feeling released and relaxed.

In 2010, I celebrated 25 years at Studio One (and formerly The Arrangement). I am a Licensed Cosmetologist but have developed my greater strengths in salon and staff management. As Salon Director, I oversee all aspects of the salon and spa staff to ensure consistency in the products and services we provide.

I have always had a passion for the beauty business. It has been and continues to be the most rewarding profession for me. Developing my staff has been the major focus since moving to our current location in 2004. I have been fortunate to have the amazing staff that I have. We are a team of professionals with a wide variety of skills and interests. After 37 years, I still work as a cosmetologist as I love to create individual looks for my clients based on their preferences, skill level, and hair type. Through advanced education, we will continue to grow and provide our clients with the highest quality hair, skin, nail, and body care experience.

I joined the Studio One staff in July of 2008 as a client service coordinator. I’m currently attending Northern Illinois University to complete a major in Textiles, Apparel, and Merchandising and a minor in Business. After I complete my bachelors degree I’m hoping to continue my education and complete a masters degree.
